De forme archaïque lei, cette paire imposante de grands vases en jade vert veiné de brun présente une ornementation sculptée de masques taotie stylisés. Chaque vase repose sur une base quadrangulaire et est coiffé d’un couvercle orné d’une prise en forme de bouton de lotus.

État : Très bon état – usures mineures compatibles avec l’âge.
Provenance : Collection d'une famille d'antiquaires actifs depuis les années 1920.
Of archaic lei form, this impressive pair of large vases is carved from green and brown jade and features stylised taotie mask motifs in relief. Each vase rests on a quadrangular base and is surmounted by a lid topped with a lotus-bud finial.
Dimensions: H. 41 cm × W. 19.5 cm
Condition: Very good condition – minor wear consistent with age.
Provenance: From the collection of a family of antique dealers active since the 1920s.
