Puerto Rico, 1898, Ponce provisional surcharge “Postage 5 cts Correos” on 15 different US stamps in mint condition. Including 6 overprints on the Trans Mississippi issue and postage due stamps. The majority are said to be unique with this surcharge. The great Puerto Rico rarity. Each stamp with Philatelic Foundation certificate, 2006, as well as Roger Calves certificate, 2004.
