1860, 1p rose-red, DIAGONAL BISECT, clear to good margins,used on Feb. 8, 1863 cover from Islay to Arequipa, tied by "ISLAY" within dots with matching Islay s/l adjacent, very fine and unique recorded bisect usage from this issue, an exhibition showpiece and great rarity of Peru; cert.
