1859 2 Gr. Plate I, non-porous paper (NA), horizontal pair with good to fine margins, on cover dated 16 November 59 to Palermo. Cancelled by a single strike of the framed handstamp, with oval-framed LICATA despatch handstamp at right and central Palermo arrival cds. The addressee's name on the front has been re-written.
A fine and attractive cover, showing the desirable single-strike cancellation on a well-margined pair.
