Ngawie. 1870, 20 cent blue with Ngawie half-round franco postmarks 20.5 1870. centrally-struck complete postmark on a stamp with the usual rough perforation and an interesting perforation shift, showing part of adjoining stamp. Voerman 400. Less than four known examples of Ngawie half-round franco on the 1870 issue and only one letter.
