Singkawang. 1868, 10 cent red with good perforation and one round corner. Well-struck nearly complete Singkawang half-round franco postmark 10.8 1870(?) Bulterman Poststempels 400, Voerman 750. One of the rarest of the half-round franco postmarks on the second issue, here struck beautifully; 3 examples known.
