Sumedang. 1868, 10 cent red with three rounded corners. Well-struck nearly complete Sumedang half-round franco postmark 18.1 1870 Voerman 1250. Despite a few perforation issues, one of the rarest of the half-round franco postmarks, here struck beautifully; 3 examples known on the second issue.
