Passoeroean. 1868, 10 cent red on small folded letter sent from Passoeroean to Batavia, tied to envelope by the Passoeroean half-round franco cancel 17.4 1869 with an additional strike on the front, also manuscript “franco”. Complete entire letter with full content to the merchant and shipping agent Kolff & Co. in Batavia; Batavia arrival 22.4 1869 on back. Stamp with good perforations but colour a little faded; a very attractive and rare miniature letter from the Passoeroean office in east Java.
