Djokjokarta. 1868, 10 cent red on folded letter sent from Djokjokarta to Samarang. Stamp with excellent perforations, tied to envelope by the Djokjokarta half-round franco cancel 13.9 1869 with an additional strike on the front. Complete folded letter with full content preserved, sent to a Chinese in Samarang; arrival 14.9 on back. Letter with ink stains on top and a light horizontal fold that touches the stamp; a rare letter with well-struck postmarks. One of the two letters known to exist with this second issue.
