Banda. 1868, 10 cent red, with excellent perforation. Struck by nearly complete Banda half-round franco postmark 30.4.1870. Bulterman Poststempels RR, Voerman 1250. An extremely rare cancellation on this issue; 3 examples known. Stamp in very fine condition with a minimal nick at bottom. A great rarity of the half-round franco postmarks.
