Undated folded cover with address in Dutch and Chinese to a Chinese in Rembang with four red Chinese character chops, black "Ongefrankeerd" (Unpaid) oval carefully crossed out in light red manuscript with "Franco" and "40" rate in the same hand; red "Franco" oval handstamp applied to confirm prepayment. Minor edgewear along top but extremely attractive and unusual.
Very Fine, although the Tagal markings are not particularly scarce individually, this cover with both markings is extraordinary and most likely unique.
