Struck with the boxed violet cachet "SALVAGED MAIL / AIRCRAFT CRASH / PRESTWICK 25-12-54", showing the usual effects of scorching and slight charring at the edges. Accompanied by the original enclosed Christmas card. An unusual and scarce air crash cover.
