1939 (8 Feb.) Envelope from Nicosia to Athens, franked with KGV 3½pi, tied by NICOSIA/CYPRUS circular datestamps. Additionally struck with a clear boxed "LATE FEE PAID" handstamp, with Athens arrival backstamp on the reverse. A fine and scarce example of this auxiliary marking on overseas mail.
