1936 Registered envelope from Dhali to London, franked with KGVI Pictorial 4pi, tied by DHALI/16.NOV.36 circular datestamp. Bearing a manuscript registered label inscribed "DALI/3925", entirely completed by hand in lieu of a printed registration label. An unusual and rare registered usage from this village post office.
