1930 (12 Mar.) Size F 2pi blue registered envelope from Famagusta to Washington, U.S.A., uprated with KGV ¾pi (2) and 1pi (2) adhesives, all tied by REGISTERED/FAMAGUSTA, CYPRUS oval datestamps. With the registered label and manuscript endorsement "Late Fee" alongside. A very fine and scarce example of an overseas registered late fee usage.
