1912 Printed envelope from Symi, Turkey, to Limassol, bearing Italy 25c, cancelled by numeral “6”, with Limassol (23 Aug.) arrival datestamp on reverse. Flap removed and slightly reduced at the base, otherwise fine. An unusual and rare usage of the numeral “6” cancellation on an Italian adhesive, and a desirable item of Eastern Mediterranean postal history.
