1897 One Piastre brown newspaper wrapper to Boston, U.S.A., the indicium cancelled by a crisp LARNACA B/MR.19.97/CYPRUS squared-circle datestamp. Additionally struck with the unusual linear "CYPRUS POST OFFICE" handstamp in violet. A very fine and scarce overseas wrapper, particularly desirable with this uncommon auxiliary marking.
