On arrival, the envelope received the linear "NOT CALLED FOR" instructional marking together with the RETURNED LETTER OFFICE A/JA.22.97/CYPRUS datestamp alongside. A most attractive and colourful incoming registered usage with scarce Returned Letter Office markings.
