The cover bears the scarce “PAID LATE FEE” instructional handstamp in black, together with the red oval REGISTERED A / MR 11 85 / CYPRUS handstamp. An attractive and scarce example of a registered overseas cover bearing the “PAID LATE FEE” marking, illustrating the payment of the additional late posting fee.
