1883 cover from Beyrouth to Larnaca, endorsed “per voilier” (by sailing ship), with Larnaca arrival datestamp and struck on arrival with the rare “SHIP LETTER” handstamp. Charged one piastre ship letter fee in manuscript. One of only two recorded examples of this distinctive maritime postal marking, a major rarity of Cyprus postal history.
