The map depicts Cyprus with extensive place names, classical sea labels, a decorative strapwork cartouche, compass rose, ships, and sea creatures, accompanied by Italian letterpress describing the island's geography and history. A fine example of Renaissance Italian cartography and book illustration. Size: 208mm x 297mm.
