1946 Registered commercial envelope bearing a 53 1/2g rate of 1934 Tughra issues (10g block of five, 3g, 1/2g ) together with the required hospital tax stamp 1/8g (30x18 mm), from Mecca to London with stamps tied by Mecca cds and with manifold airmail and registration markings on front. On reverse are Jeddah and Cairo transits, a very fine and scarce registered airmail cover.
