1945 Registered airmail letter Jeddah to New York, bearing hospital tax stamp (30x18 mm) and a 35 1/2g franking of various 1934 Tughra issues, tied by Jeddah bilingual cds. A very colourful franking with numbered reg. label on front and reg. New York markings 28 Nov 1945 on back, a very fine and scarce registered air mail cover.
