1925 Pahlavi Provisional Govt Issue 2ch in top marginal vertical strip of three tied to reverse of cover by Astrabad 31 Mar 26 cds, sent to the Chief of Post & Telegraph Office, Mirza Jamshid Khan Rajaee in Tehran, arrival cds on obverse, very fine and rare usage as this issue was in circulation for a very short period, incl. mint n.h. vert. strip of three.
