1879 Provisional Surcharge issue, 5pa on 2 1/2pi violet, perf. 12 1/2 x 13 1/3, block of six pos. 61-63, 71-73, a very interesting multiple displaying overprint types I, II, III and double perforation vertical in the two internal rows, mint with some hinges affixed for reinforcement, a very scarce multiple of fresh colour; cert.
