Obverse: Archer type, nimbate king wearing tailed tunic over a loin cloth with a sash tied on the waist, standing left, holding longbow in left hand, arrow in right, Garuda standard at left, circular legend starting with parahita and likely ending on kumāragupta divaṃ jayat (Kumāragupta …., the benefactor of others, wins heaven). Reverse: nimbate Lakshmi seated in padmasana pose facing on lotus, holding diadem in right hand and long-stemmed lotus left, Brahmi legend to right ending with kramaditya, dotted border around.
