Special features: elegant figures, king holds crescent-topped staff in left hand, part of the name of queen on left, srikumaradevi. The variety of the ‘king and queen’ type with the lion turned to the left on reverse. These are much rarer than those with lion to right. Kumar, TOTGE 2024, Class II, variety A. Raven, SG/group 7.
EF, very lustrous surfaces, struck from a rusty die.
