Obverse: ‘archer’ type, king standing left, holding longbow in left hand, arrow in right, Garuda standard at left, circular Brahmi legend around. Reverse: Lakshmi seated facing on lotus, holding diadem and long-stemmed lotus left, Brahmi legend to right, Kramajita, dotted border around.
About EF, a very rare archer type of Kumaragupta II, in an exceptional state of preservation and with excellent detail in the king’s outfit and jewelry, lustre shows.
