Obverse: bust of King Shahpur right, wearing diadem and mural crown with korymbos and ribbons; triple pellets above crown. Legend in Pahlavi/ Middle Persian around. Reverse: fire altar; flanked by two attendants wearing mural crowns; one or two pellets to right of altar shaft, Pahlavi inscription left and right.
