Obverse: Asvamedha (horse sacrifice) type; sacrificial horse standing left with crescent above, yupa (sacrificial post) in front, Brahmi legend around rājādhirājaḥ pṛthivīṃ avitvā divaṃ jayaty āhṛtavājimedhaḥ (the king of kings, who had performed the Asvamedha sacrifice, wins heaven after conquering the earth) and si below horse. Reverse: nimbate Rajya Lakshmi standing left on lotus, holding diadem in left hand, and fly whisk in right, Brahmi legend at right, aśvamedhaparākrama, border around. About G, clipped in 7 o'clock position and with a cut that extends to the middle of the planchet. With some residual lustre and a good part of the legend clear.
